I have several remaining Flying Dragon rootstocks left, like to graft several varieties like Pomelo or mandarins onto them, will that work?

luak, not sure what the root stock is on my in ground Valentine pummelo.  I did not graft that tree, I purchased it.  I do know it is on a dwarfing rootstock.  I can't remember what nursery I purchased it from.  Maybe Four Winds, but not sure.
