Can anyone please help identify which fungus has attacked my grapefruit tree and how I can treat it?

Your grapefruit tree may have a little fungus, but I believe the main problem with the tree is that it is greatly under fertilized.  A tree that size should be fertilized 3 times a year.  Many growers in your area use either a 6-6-6 or a 8-8-8 formula fertilizer, or some formulation close to those ratios.

I'm not an expert on all citrus diseases, but the brown spots look like anthracnose to me.

I  also agree with Galatians  concerning the fungus.  The control for the disease is easily found on the internet. Longer periods of dry weather also greatly helps the problem.
