Hello, from what I have heard they are grown from seedling, though there are named varieties for Wax Apple. Hope that helps you (ebay has some Rose Apple seedlings).
Opps I read that as Rose Apple as for Ross Sapote havent heard of it.

Excalibur is actually in Lake Worth...on Fearnley Road which is off Lantana Road one traffic light West of Jog Road.
