You might contact Clausen Nursery in Vista, CA.  They have an enormous white sapote tree, probably close to 100 years old, and it produces thousands of fruit a year, so probably enough to get close to 5000 seeds.  It will probably cost a lot of money, but if you're willing to spend it maybe they will sell it.
