Hey fruit lovers! I was able to visit our fellow long time forum member Brian in PA and see his impressive greenhouse set up. So many cool trees growing and many in the ground. I was especially impressed with his purple mangosteen growing in zone 6A.

Lots of special shout outs to other forum members in this video including:

Wow JSea I didn't see your post prior to my review but it's interesting how our descriptions did line up!

I finally got around to filming a video of the fruit. Nice mild lemony citrus flavor with a 1or 2 out of 10 sweetness. This is probably best for culinary uses. When I was eating it I didn't notice any bitter but later on I did taste it. It might be better to not eat the thin rind.

This is the short version of my video but I'll have a longer version out later.

I think around 4 months from flower. I'm trying to decide when to pick because it still seems to be growing.

Cold Hardy Citrus / Re: Don's Citrus Blog

Thanks for putting these links together. I used to follow Don and his quest to make improved edible hardy citrus. It's unfortunate that he has seemingly abandoned his project. Dr Brown was the source of a few of my hardy citrus as well. Its great that Matthew was able to visit him and document his visit.

Hey Sir Graftalot! Yes I actually stopped by his place and did a quick video. It was a bit dark but you could still see his impressive set up. It'll be a couple weeks before I can get it uploaded because I still need to work on part 3 of Joe's place and another vid :)

Amazing greenhouse and collection! Worth the drive for some deals.
