At first they started appearing in my soil and soon I got a lot of these flying insect flying around my white scallop squash and other edibles, I need help identifying what these insects are and how to get rid of them

If they are just flying around why are you keen to get rid of them? I can't identify them without a better photo.

Those insects look like ants queens.
They will fly far away and make new colonyes if my identification is corect.

Looks more like a wasp. Like an ichneumon. Those are good to keep around

It's hard to tell the size from the picture, but they look like fungus gnats to me. Especially is they are in/around the soil.
If they are fungus gnats, so BTi (mosquito-beater) will take care of them.
