Yacon plant (Smallanthus sonchifolius)
« on: January 14, 2018, 05:16:41 PM »
I have 1 gal & 3 gal
Easy to grow, prefers full sun
Can eat raw, hence the name "earth apple", or cooked
Can also be rendered to make yacon syrup.
