Bordeaux fig flowers pic please

 My fig tree has some fruits this year but I missed the time window to take picture of the flowers. Anyone have some to post?

As far as i know figs are inverted flowers so they dont flower like peaches or mangoes. The fig “fruit” is the actual flower.

Care to learn more about fig? I just learn that creeping fig is really a fig which can even cross with the common fig (edible fruits) to give a vine fig !!!

My coworker brought in some very good Brown turkey figs with juicy "honey" inside. This fruits have open eye and so I was wondering why bacteria or other micro living things did not get in and spoil the sweet honey. What defend mechanism to defend the intruders?

If the honey is produced in abundance, it can fill the fig and leak out of the eye, this prevents insect intrusion.
