I have huge patches of Gotu Kola. Does it make a seed?

Mine was nursery bought but it does grow wild in S.A. Not in the highveld bet in the cape forest its is plentifull. Im not sure if it is indigenous or introduced but mine grows like a weed and I love how it tastes:)

Gutukola is Centella asiatica. Gotukola is a Sinhala word. If you go to the following link, you can read about it. Is this what you mean by Gotu Kola
