Does anyone know what's the brown stuff on my leaves?  Is it sunburn?

If it doesn't spread I would ignore it. It might be sun or maybe chemical burn if you use foliar fertilizer or bug spray when the sun is high.

If leaves turn yellow all over the tree, you may be overwatering. Judging by the length of the grass and the warm weather lately, probably not. Cherimoya are not easy to kill here.

It's not an atemoya?

The tree had the same symptom last year.  It slowly spreads to other areas but not significant.

The tree was a gift from my brother's mother-in-law.  It has two grafts but I don't know the cultivar. It fruited a single fruit last year and the taste was great.  As you can see below, it was very small, slightly larger than my lime!

Yes, it does look like damage from spraying when the weather is too hot.

Keep mulch pulled 2-3 inches away from the trunk.
