Seeds of genus which are eliHi,gible/ineligible for import into US

The friend that is off to PNG is leaving with two small permits of mine to see if anything if interest can be brought back.  However, I'd prefer to not go to jail or fined for anything that would be sent to me  that is deemed illegal.  I see these two lists of noxious weeds and CITES species which are off limits.  My permit allows me to have seeds from eligible taxa to be sent.  Is there a list for this eligible taxa?
