HOW TO MAKE DRAGON FRUIT JAM FOR A HEALTHY BREAKFAST?l

Red dragon fruit with eye-catching colour, light sour taste to eat with bread or to make the sauce on the pastry are great.

Ingredients:

– 1 kg red dragon fruit

– 500 gr of sugar

– 20 ml lime juice

– Honey

Let’s make it!

Step 1: Peeled dragon fruit, cut into small pieces and put into a blender; because dragon fruit is very watery, you just blend it lightly. Then when you eat, you will feel the taste of dragon fruit.



Step 2: Put the dragon fruit into the pot, add sugar and wait for 30 minutes to soak.



Step 3: Put dragon fruit mixture on the stove. Stir lightly, evenly.



Step 4: Add the lime juice. Depending on the sweet and sour of the dragon fruit you will decide the amount of lemon juice.



Step 5: When the dragon fruit turns thick, add a little honey to make it sticky.



Step 6: Put the dragon fruit in a clean glass container and store it in the cooler of the refrigerator.
