You can get scions by request for any tree. But don't waste their time by asking for ones you can buy at a nursery.

Is it a full facility tour or just a tour of the mangoes?

Do you have a list of varieties of mangoes available?  I want some scions mailed to me.  What do you charge for the scions with FedEx shipping?
Thanks.

You'd have to contact the facility for that information.

If it is the same thing I went to a year or so ago, then it is a little open house of sorts. A few vendors were selling various edible plants, orchids, ornamentals, and some other rare plants. Little bit of food. They were offering tours around the facility, not just the mango trees.

When I went, some 15 years ago, there was a rapid bus ride around the place, with taxi-driver type commentary.

Go and make a contact. Maybe they will arrange a private tour for you during mango season ;)
