Temperate Fruit Buy, Sell, & Trade / Re: Looking for Loquat!
« on: December 10, 2023, 11:22:28 AM »
I have a bunch of Christmas and Bradenton. I really like the sour flavor of these two, but haven't tried any that you mentioned.

2
$10 plus the $10 for priority shipping. It's easy to id that one because the leaves are very different. Its also the most vigorous growing.

3
I have about 6 varieties that still have a tag I can read, and know where a majority of the better ones at the top of the list are in the yard.
Most towards the top are from isons and are usually just larger varieties that still taste good.
I have a bunch of trees that are a small oval one called southern home from lowes on clearance a few years ago. I think it taste better then the rest, looks more like a grape and has more of a grape wine taste when fully ripe.

Found a couple invoices of the different varieties of muscadine that I have, a few are labeled, most are not

Here are some of the guava names.

Psidium Striatulum
Ruby Supreme
Barbie Pink
Purple Forest Guava (Psidium eugeniaefolia
Psidium longipetiolatum (cold hardy like the lemon guava)
Psidium angulatum (Brazilian guava)

I also have cuttings of myrciaria guaquiea $12, and myrciaria strigipies $8. These will be thinner cuttings more for rooting or small grafts.

7
Yes, both are on the easy side for me. I use a similar method as our member shilohtech, he made a great video rooting jaboticaba leaves even.

Have some extra seedlings and cuttings available. I'm zone 8b near Baton Rouge, Louisiana, most handle the cold with little or no protection, a few of the Eugenia are planted in the open and I don't protect them at all. $12 priority shipping for small seedling orders and $17 flat rate medium box for anything larger.

Have different sizes of each for a little more or less, pictures are examples of what you get for the price. More expensive trees I can send pictures of different ones for you to pick. All except the guava seedlings are around 3 years old. 225 431 zero380 for text anytime.

Eugenia brasiliensis (grumichama, Brazilian cherry) and Eugenia neonitida pitangatuba (star cherry) $16

Grimal jaboticaba $35

Eugenia ligustrina $45

Lemon guava seedlings $1 each

Cuttings $1-$4,  all are cuttings I've successfully rooted easily.
Ubajay-Eugenia myrcianthes (synonym Hexachlamys edulis)

I have a bunch of those listed a add earlier today. Can give you some tips also on rooting them. I've had good luck with all the Eugenia so far.

I have to many fruit trees to keep up with and don't label much. I will list the varieties of guava and can describe some of the different muscadine, I have some that get large compared to normal both green and purple, then normal green/gold that taste good and some purple small oval one look different then any others I have and taste the best. Blackberries are all thorned varieties that get large and taste great.

Yep really terrible person with 10 million excuses. Bet he would respond to you wanting to place a large order. Karma catches up with them and hopefully it's fraud and court karma.

Have Lemon guava seedlings in trays 33 cents each. Has been a really nice tropical fruit tree for Louisiana. Best tasting guava I've had, very easy to grow and fruits fast. Has survived 11 degrees with a sheet over it and 20 with no protection had tip burn. $11 shipping.

Yep a good lesson is to make sure you pay with PayPal and if it gets sideways like in my situation, file a claim before the 90 days or whichever amount it is.
