Southern highbush blueberry
« on: August 06, 2020, 10:02:08 PM »
hello my family loves blueberries so I would love to try grow some, i live in the tropics 16.3 S from what i can research the southern highbush is the most heat tolerant blueberry.  Will this grow in my climate of high rainfall and high temperatures or would i be wasting my time?

Ive never seen a blueberry tree in my life, nor have i seen one at a nursery.  The southern highbush is supposedly grown in southern US states? I know that is not exacltly tropical but still.....

Depends on the altitude. Above 6000' sea level in that tropical latitude zone is possible!
