Anyone growing Simon Purple variety
I received a cutting a few months back and it's growing super fast (3' in 1 month!! see photo attached)
Does anyone else growing it? anyone have photos of the plant/fruit?
Any weight or brix info on this fruit?

It a great tasting fruit and several of my friends like it more than American Beauty. I’ve posted pictures and Brix somewhere, I think.

Just going off my memory, Brix is between 18-21% depending on how good you are at fertilizing and watering. Under water for sweeter fruit but your fruit will be much smaller of course. It’s a great fruit but the negative is that the fruit is highly variable in size. From one pounders and larger to tennis ball size.
