I fixed the problem. Someone turned on a filter that hid a lot of data. I just disabled the filter and all the fields showed back up.

Still not sure what went in 135 though.

Ican get pics of about 32 different mango varieties if u can give me the entire season to take them A's they become ripe at the farm. Do you guys think that would be useful? Or trees as well? Let me kno

The Dupuis Saigon says medium tree- its not. I saw Walter Zill's one-its huge. He told me that he considers it a vigorous grower. He also describes it as an early mango, his favorite early mango.

Yes, that would be very useful. Thanks for the offering to take the time to take the pics. Pics of trees would be helpful but if possible, could you also include the age of the tree with the pic? I think that would give a better reference as to how large the tree will get after a certain time period in FL.

Lol. Yes they did. But the person who did it is an idiot and the list has been restored. Google keeps copies of the list for every single revision. So all I had to do was click two buttons and restore the last good copy.

I am from the Philippines. I would like to share with you carabao mango cultivars. The GES stand for Guimaras Experimental Station. This is the National Mango Research Center of the Bureau of Plant Industry located in Jordan, Guimaras Island. The number after the GES stands for the year it was registered and released. MMSU means Mariano Marcos State Univeristy located in Ilocos . The Sweet Elena is from Sabang, Sta. Cruz, Zambales. Fresco, Talaban, Tanaleon, Guimaras Super (Galila) and Efondo are the surnames of theowners of mother tree, all of which are located in the Island province of Guimaras. There are also other endemic mango varieties but not popularized such as pico, paho and huani.

Interesting the "Super Galila" has a brix over 22% that must be like eating pure honey.

I checked to see if the filter was on, this was a fix Mura did before, and sure enough it was on. I turned it off, and seems all ok. I suggest people download the list, just in case, I downloaded a copy in PDF format. and keep it on my USB drive for reference.

Once mango season starts, I will make the list a sticky again. Hopefully we could get an almost completed list in the next year or so.

I know mango list has been going on for a while but may I suggest two more more columns for disease resistance and yield? I have heard disease resistance is quiet variable between varieties and yield is also very different for different varieties.

This mango list is awesome. Once it's completed, I assume in about a year or so, I hope a new one could be started for avocado or lychee.

Agreed, super cool Idea, list can be made for lots of fruits in a similar manor. Defiantly a way to preserve some germplasm

Unless it has already been used, the book cornucopia II has lots of varieties of everything listed and should have some mango cultivars listed too. Don't have my copy on me though...

How true to type are polyembryonic mango seeds?

polyembryonic seeds have one "sprout" that is a result of sexual reproduction (and not identical to the mother). The rest are identical clones of the mother.

I read conflicting things about which shoot is the one that is a clone, so I wasn't sure.

Does anyone have a saved version of the file that they could PM me?

Or someone with access tell me what seed have Carrie, Mallika and Po Pyu Kalay?
