A property I recently acquired on the west coast of PR had a fruiting white sapote plant before the hurricane. Not sure how abundant but I've seen photos of a decent amount of fruit from the property. It might still be there.

Also I have a grafted white sapote planted at a east coast location and its growing nicely. Only had it for about a year or two but it probably would have fruited by now if I didnt put it under a bunch of tall canopy trees.

So basically it should, maybe not as abundantly or maybe just as much or more abudantly as subtropical locations.

I might sell some of my small willughbeia plants. I'd also keep the willughbeia seeds planted as long as they're not mush/liquid, they are hardy plants in my experience and will germinate from half of the seed or from seemingly dead stems.

I do have a few different varieties of really hot ones, I lost the labels though. Either trinidad scorpions, purple bhut jolokia, or some of the other really hot ones like carolina reaper. I have some still on the plant and some recently harvested in the refrigerator

all blue Jaboticaba, cola cauliflora, and African Elemis sold for now. Sold a lot of Grumichamas, will update quantity tomorrow. Hope to add more species soon.
