Yes. I did. It was neat to see the changsha a and Ichang lemons 20 feet tall and unprotected in open field grove in Tifton GA. Changshas loaded with fruit.

Is the Changsha high quality?  Few seeds, great taste, good acid/sugar balance?

I have an Arctic Frost sat which is a very cold hardy satuma/changsha hybrid.  It's supposed to be excellent.  Hope to find out later this year.

I hope those work out for you.  I have a Miho sat which makes the most excellent sweet fruit.  It's like candy only better.  Long live the sats!

Citradia, I noticed you are growing some of your citrus in decorative cedar mulch.  I have two trees growing in cedar mulch,  a Xie Shan and a Golden Nugget.  Both are doing very well.  The only thing about using mulch is the need to insure that the tree is kept well watered, as it dries out faster.  The worst medium in my opinion when it comes to watering is the gritty mix.. - Millet

I use No Float cedar mulch as a top dressing for all my outdoor plants to keep weeds and grass from growing up close to trees and plants. My trees are planted in soil. It rains frequently in NC, and once established, I don't have to water anything much here.
