Title: MgSO4 or chelated magnesium?

While looking on the internet for chelated iron I also found chelated magnesium (http://www.borms.eu/en/e-shop/shop/micronutrients/magnesium-chelate-edta-6-2-250g). I wonder how different this is compared to using epsom salts?
