Do you know if this is supposed to be an edible fruit? The paired fruits and the leaves remind me of Tabernaemontana but I don't think that is it but maybe a cousin of it in the Apocynaceae family?

I'm not sure. A friend is there and he asked what it was. I am usually pretty good at id ing but I cant figure this one out... I'll look into apocynaceae

We call it paklan or pakalana
The flowers smell good and have sweet a nectar honey suckle style..I've read that all part of tree are poisonous. Fruit not edible

Mystery solved: Tabernaemontana litoralis, Apocynaceae.
