What's infecting my apple tree?

Went out yesterday, and saw these nasty things on the leaves.  >:(

Looks like aphids to me. Blast off with hose.

Looks like white bugs. White fly?  I've never seen an infestation like that on apples before.

Those are aphid moltings.
