Duncan needs to be added to the list also. It responds well to pruning and can be maintained  at 8 to 10 feet and is an outstanding producer.

Hey Robbie glad you enjoyed the mangos

From Walter Zills place I tried the sweet tart which is spectacular, my favorite mango by far, followed by Orange Sherbert, talk about a super sweet mango, yum. Edgar had a strong but good taste. Ugly betty didntt stand out t me much at all. Valcarrie dependning on the mango some where good pieces were good others were bland.

Still have fruit punch seacrest and hatcher to try.

I have not tried lemon zest yet and need to find it, but my clear runner favorite mango right now is sweet tart, cant have enough with just one bite.

Glad to hear your Harvest Moon is doing that well.  That will put a certain naysayer in his place.  I cant make it any more CLEAN than that MR.

lol, gotta love your post....

so.... what was your take on the mangos tried? reviews please.

So, for sweet tart, pick when shoulder starts to color up, and eat when fully yellow?

The color will be an orangey type color.  I will post some pictures. hopefully tonight.

Rob, i think you still owe us that picture of the sweet tart.....

ThOse little brown nettles eat the leaves also and they multiply like no other. Tried using sevin  on them and they continued doing their thing. They come out in full force at night and munch on my mango tree leaves. I have diaprepes  root weevils which are a bigger cacaroach size weevil. I see their droppings on my tree leaves. Found some today while inspecting  in between  the leaves along with the brown beetle.

Squam is your best bet.
