It should work the same way you plant baobab.  Usually, these grow wild and naturally in the forest.

This is a little smaller than an average size, It is growing on the coastal side of Kenya. They pollinate naturally no need of hand pollination.

Had pakistani mangos here spelled Chonsa instead of Chaunsa. The taste was similar to Ataulfo mangos

It does not look like Saba senegalsis  madd fruit.
What is the color inside ? If its white it could landolphia dulcis .
If not may be  Landolphia heudelotii.

You have one rare landolphia even rare in parts of Africa :D

Try and soak  seeds in water for a few days first. Experimented  this here and got 90 % Germination.
Sent seeds from the same box to kenya nothing germinated.
