Hello adam

I sent mail to your email.

Plz check it.

Where did you get seeds from?

I got seeds from E-bay.

Is this a true tropical or subtropical plant?  Will it grow in Chennai tropical Savanna humid climatic condition?

hmm.. in my opinion, maybe growing well.

I am growing it with lime(vietnam seedling), both growing well.

If lime is growing well your contry, I think finger lime also.

Finger Limes grow remarkably fast from fresh seed.
One of my 2 year olds is blooming and setting fruit right now.

Wow. very fast.

My collete finger fruit was dropped... maybe too much watering...

is it from seed ? ow old ?

i have one from seed. supposedly , i hear, it takes several years...
mine is about 2ft tall (2yrs) , but growing rather fast actually.

Yes. from seeds. I am growing it from 2013.

Growing speeds is difference with each tree. (I also growing other tree, but only green is big.. )

Ah thanks everyone.

I will wait and harvest according your advise.

They both taste great, much better than the last Grumichama that I had.  I don't think I could tell the difference between the two colors if I was blindfolded.

Wow good.

My friend harvested first normal grumichama few days ago(
Maybe first in the south korea).. But he said that taste is not sweet... But you fruit has good taste. You are so lucky.

Wow looks good.

How about taste?

Hello All

I heard pink's mammoth atemoya has littele seeds. and big size. (I wish seedless annona.... but scion can't import....)

So Somebody sell seed for me?

How about taste of Canisel?

Is it like really sweet potato?

I have been seeing this large knobbly variety of atemoya in the markets lately and have tries it.It has few seeds unlike AP and Gefner and it sweeter and better quality than those. This one is well over 2kg and they get at least double that size with 1kg to around 3kg seeming to be pretty standard. Pink's Mammoths do get much larger but those in the markets are not the whoppers and Pink's Mammoth is mis-shapen and almost flakey inside such as in the broken apart one below and an intact one on the scale.

Could this be a new child of Pink's Mammoth or does someone recognise its variety? Maybe it is just new to my area. When I chop it open I will post a pic.

Hello Mike

I like sugar appgle. but it has too much seeds...

If  Pink's Mammoths has little seeds. and If you have seeds. Can i buy some?

here is my first red surinam

Hi friend,
The color of your fruits look so yummy.
Does it tastes good?

Not so bad. No resin and better than my black surinam.

but not sweet as like cherry....

here is my first red surinam

How long does it take fruit from seeding?

Last year,  it dropped naturally after fully ripen.

or I think you can pick when fruit is soft. (not hard)

what is difference with normal cherry?

Adding fresh biribá seeds from Misiones:

* Biribá (annona mucosa or rollinia deliciosa) , frost hardy to -2º C or so, sweet taste similar to lemon pie, fruit weights 1k, very nice variety from Misiones, Argentina.

10 seeds USD 20
20 seeds USD 18

Wow really frost hardy to -2C?

My rollinia is so sensitive frost.... (almost die... last winter...)

Safe to say it's not E. uniflora.
Are you sure the fruit was ripe? My guess the fruit wanted to get a bit darker in color.
Could be a mutation. Another possibility is it is a hybrid of grumichama and a similar species like E. blastantha, E. ophthalmantha or E. itaguahiensis. Hybrids sometimes have quite different characteristics from both of the parents. I trust you have already asked the seed supplier.

I think full ripe. because same color during one week....

Other seeds which bought together are growing Eugenia braziliensis.. only this tree growing other.

Maybe I also think hybrid....
