Manganese defficiency Pomelo
« on: August 28, 2014, 05:19:33 AM »
My pomelo tree has manganese defficiency but i was lucky enough to buy Yara manganese 50%. The label on the pot is all in Thai language so i have no idea how much to dillute it.

How much manganese do i need for foliar spraying and how much for watering?

I assume that Yara Manganese 50% is 50% Mn.  If so  dissolve 1 gram of the fertilizer per liter of water and foliar spray the leaves either early in the morning or at dusk.  - Millet

Thanks a lot Millet, i also gave it new soil, microcote in the pot, pruning and manganese in the water and foliar spray. The soil was bonedry in the big pot even during the rainy season which is now. I will also turn the sprinkler on again, didn't know pomelo can drink so much.
