Just a guess, but the outer shell looks like Annona spragueii aka panama cherimoya.  Not sure what the inside looks like though, so take it with a gran of salt

There is no durian species native to Bolivia  (amazon).

You sure it's a fruit?   I've seen some pretty tasty looking seed pods before.
