« on: July 09, 2016, 01:14:05 PM »
My Dot's new leaves are curling  :-[ maybe I over did the fertilizer? I put some palm fert that I had left over along with a couple handfuls of calcium. To top it off i sprayed with some nutrient spray. Maybe I over did it???

Did you spray onto the soft, new foliage?  If so, what time of day?

How big/old is the tree?  How often and how do you water?

Guilty of spraying it on new foliage!  Tree is 8 yrs/ 12'  X 5" diameter trunk. Sprayed at night. Water thoroughly once a week, along with sprinkling about 3x week.

Nutritional sprays are best absorbed by tender new growth, but the intensity of the mix may need to be reduced.
