Lemon Leaves ID problem
« on: March 31, 2017, 09:27:22 PM »
I was wondering why my newly lemon leaves are turning into this color? Is it some kind of disease or it lacks nutrient?

Tree is probably 30+ years old.....

Definitely looks to be a manganese deficiency, could possibility be a zinc deficiency, but  not sure as the leaves all are of full size.A zinc deficiency looks like a manganese deficiency (green veins with green boarders) on the newest leaves, but substantially dwarf leaves.

Those tan patches look like the freeze damage I have on all my citrus.  We had a foray into the high 20's in January right on the heels of 70 degree weather so nothing had time to acclimate.  My grapefruit was 75% defoliated.
