Thanks Skhan and Rob!After some googling...it seems closer to June plum than spanish lime due to Rob's description of the spikey seed ( the seed is smooth) and I tried one that was a little yellow outside and it was a little sweeter than the green sour one I tried. Either way I'm not a bid fan of it Lol...its a once in a lifetime for me

Spanish lime has kind of fibrous flesh, which in that green stage, would be firmer in texture that kind of sticks to the seed.
