Can I graft Malaysian apple to rose apple or wax jambu?

I believed I bought an airlayer Malaysian apple tree. It is a huge , healthy tree now like 8-9 ft in 30 gallons pot but shows no flowers. Can I graft it on the rose appple or wax jambu in the ground ? Please advise me what type of scion I should use if there is a possibility . Thanks
