Please help me ID this tree

Hey guys I realize this is a tropical fruit forum, just wanted to see if someone can help me ID this tree, I’m pretty sure it’s not a fruiting tree. Thanks!!

They are attractive little trees, the fruits of which the red masked parakeets seem to enjoy on occasion.

Correction -- I think they are some sort of conure. Here's one caught in the very act!

Great little butterfly tree. I hang a lot of plants in mine, like herbs and orchids, as it can get quite branchy.
