Citrus in bloom
AndrewAZ:
Very excited, as I have some citrus in bloom this year, that have not fruited in the past. One is an improved variety of tarrocco blood orange. Another is kishu mandarin. The one I am most surprised over, though is changsha mandarin. I have only had tree 3 years, one in ground, and it is probably no more than 4-5 years old on it's roots. I wasn't sure how this mandarin would do in AZ, since it is a cold hardy variety and not sold out here. But, it has been an exceptionally strong grower for me. I really feel like changsha would be a sought after variety if it wasn't so seedy.

Citrus looks a little stretchy, but healthy and congrats on the blooms. Let us know how the fruit tastes in 8 months.
