« on: October 29, 2012, 05:35:04 PM »
Hi,

5 Ripe lucumas
Half a tub cream flavoured ice cream
Adjust the thickness as you like with milk

Scoop out the pulp into the blender with ice cream and milk...then blend till ever ingredient is well blended ;)

This was the best milkshake, i have ever had!!! Truly yummy...Caramel and maple syrup notes 8)

I can't eat a whole fruit because of it's richness :( Now, I know...Milkshakes for shaw ;D ;D ;D

5 lucumas & half a tub of ice cream? That's ONE milkshake?

My ratio isn't quite to that extent but goes something like this:
1 part lucuma
1 part mangosteen (canned)
2 parts vanilla ice cream
and however much milk you want

You can also sub soursop pulp for mangosteen

Hi guys,

Nice idea for the milkshake! There are many things that I do with lucuma as it mixes very well with many dishes and foods such as cakes, ice creams, drinks, shakes and baked goods.
As for me, I use Organic Raw Lucuma Powder from Maretai Organics. I have never been disappointed with their produts and they have high-quality products.

See you!
