Tropical Fruit Discussion / Moving Garcinia seedlings to california

I am planning on moving to California(bay area) later this fall.
I do have almost 50 garcinia seedlings that has been growing indoors.
When I looked up USDA webpage, they only said as long as the plants have been grown indoors it would have no problem crossing the border.
Can anybody share their knowledge in transporting the seedlings to CA (if there is any unexpected obstacles, inspections, etc..) - I am moving from the east coast to Cal.
