Just ran across this announcement from the CRFG Foothill Chapter....in case you missed the OC scion event a few weeks ago.

February 1, 2014, 9:30 am: Annual Scion Wood Exchange
Los Angeles Arboretum

Annual Scion Wood Exchange and Grafting demonstration. Bring your favorite cultivars (but not ones with current patents). Martin Koning-Bastiaan will do a grafting demonstration, assisted by other experienced chapter members' thoughts and techniques.

I'm going to this one too. I have a couple cherimoyas: honeyhart, fino de jete.

The West LA one on the 8th will be useful to me. They have a feijoa grafter there. It's my most unsuccessful plant graft so far.
