Consider Simmonds (late summer) and Wurtz (not WI, but late fall/early winter).  I had good luck with those two.  Not big trees but good producers of decent tasting fruit.  An alternative to Wurtz would be Choquette, which is a bigger, alternate-bearing tree but is definitely WI.  Day is a fall avocado.  A lot of good reviews of Nishikawa (Hawaiian/supremely delicious) for SoFlo.  Dupuis ("Best tasting," say the experts) for early summer?  At least 12 feet apart.  Definitely talk to Tropical Acres Farms in WPB.  My two cents on the subject!
