I plucked this Z's today. i will let these soften a bit. I was able Taste one yesterday and it tastes like jujube to me..i can imagine how gud these are when they are fully matured & riped from the tree.
Oh no! why? you should've waited 4 more weeks
My soursops were unprotected all throughout this winter.
They survived the winter. The lowest temperature we had in the valley was 29 f for 3 hours....
How old are your soursops?
What is the growth habit of m4?
As stated in this and other posts, it was just released less than 6 months ago and no grafted trees were in existence prior to observe.
Could someone please comment on the size of the sapodilla varieties that have been mentioned on this Thread in comparison to the softball sized 'Hasya'?:
'Molix:' Fruits are similar to 'Morena,' and somewhat less productive than 'Morena,' (*)
'Morena:' 'Excellent Flavor and low stone cell count'; 'Excellent Large Size sapodilla' (but generally smaller than 'Hasya'?)...'much better than 'Hasya' in production;' Way more productive than 'Hasya,' (*),
'Alano,'
'Makok,' &
'Silas Woods:' Fruits are on the smaller side. (*)
[Other varieties that may be worthy of comparison to the 'Hasya' are:]
'Prolific,' &
'Excalibur.'

Tropic treasure on ebay is the same as Top Tropicals.
Didn't the shipment originate in Ft Myers Florida?
Mike
Ordered this from tropicaltreasure-us(ebay) a couple of months, finally growing leaves a few weeks ago, but more I look at it, don't think the shape of leaves look like sugar apple tree's leaves... your take?

Yeah, I'm on the west side of Ramona. Close to Highland Valley Road. I'd love to visit your yard and have you visit mine. I've only been here for almost four years. Similar to you. So, my four-year-old avocados are Reed, Lamb, Hass, Fuerte, Sir-Prize. And then I have some younger ones that have yet to produce: Pinkerton, Holiday, Sharwil.
A lot of my other trees are young too, but I have in the ground: a handful of citrus, a couple apples, apricot, pluots, nectaplum, fig, pomegranate, macadamias, persimmon, mango.
It's not a special yard yet, but I'm working on it.
