Third flush in 2 weeks? Do you mean that it has flushed in different parts of the the tree? I find it hard to believe that a mango tree can push and harden growth 3 times in 2 weeks on the same branch.
Sounds like its time for some fungicide!
Sounded like adnormal growth.. Maybe MANGO MAFORMATION!! But from the above comment it sounds like one flush...

Sorry for the delay but here are the pics of my coco cream tree. The top of that new growth you see is six feet from the ground.

Lots of greenery branching out due to your tip pruning at 6" I think you said
You are correct, I have been tip pruning at about 6 inches or so...I am actually going to hit the newest shoots you see today or tomorrow. I really like the way this is growing so far.

To tip prune it will you cut off the topmost leaf node off so you lose 3-4 leaves..............Or will you squash the tiny terminal growth at the end (just above the last leaf node) between your thumb and index finger?

In other words, I go down to the node where the nodes are facing the best direction so the new branches will come out in a beneficial shape (to avoid crossers where possible.
