I have also successfully used last year's pollen. Air dry in a coffee filter and store in the freezer like matty suggested.

Is p. decaisneana supposed to be self fertile? I have pollinated 6-8 flowers so far and none have set fruit.

Congratulation you succeeded to root the cuttings. Yes, it is self fertile. You were not the first person to ask me this question. Fruits mostly will drop if the vine is in container. You have to put it in ground. If the vine is the ground and not strong, fruit will not be set.

Are you bringing blueberries just because you think you need to show proof of Vaccinium?
