The fruit was also long

This Jackfruit cutting took me three months to root using the plastic bag method. It looks like it's forming a flower?
What do you think?

A grapevine grown from seed, has grown one variegated leaves branch. The other branches are regular.

After ~2 months, using grow lights and water, I was finally able to root Jackfruit from cuttings.
The roots are still small, today I've transplant it into small cup with moist sphagnum moss.

My Jackfruit was planted in late March.
I've been watering it everyday, it seems like the leaves are yellowish and it stopped growing.
Is that over watering issue?
I gave it fertilizer and iron.
Now I'm watering every other day.
Please help
