Beautiful spread of fruit Oscar. I love all the different colors. I don’t know how you keep up with harvesting all the fruit from your orchard.

Abiu piloso is very nice, quite similar to taste of abiu. The mendi has been very disappointing so far. Main problem, i think, is i only have one tree (they are giant) and it's not getting well pollinated. Only a very few arils inside the fruits.

Oscar, do wampees have a pleasant pallet?
Also, is cocoplum worth growing for the taste of its fruits?

Thanks!

A bit of clarification first. Wampee (Clausena lansium) is a different species than pink wampee Clausena excavata). The pink wampee (excavata) is a tiny fruit. Not crazy about it's taste either. I think best use out of hand is the leaves, which can be used similarly to curry leaf in Indian cooking.
The cocoplum has many different variants and different colors of fruits. The red ones i have are pretty bland. The fruits are usually cooked in sweetened water and served as a desert. Out of hand the best part to eat is the seed. The shell is easy to crack, and makes for a nice snack.
