Maybe I'm one of the few, but I really like Surinam cherries, especially the black ones. I guess I'm less sensitive to the resinous taste than most people.Kind of like how some people do and some don't notice the sort of starchy / powdery aspect to Val Carrie mangos.So, simple question: which other Eugenia is the best, the one I must get?

Wow Steven what a great find! A friend has a seedling tree that has light red berries that are excellent, very clean and refreshing tasting. He also has a # selection with black fruit that to me is not as good. I tried some frozen E. victoriana that I thought had a nice but sour taste-Ethan
