Could someone please help with id on this plant? Is it a tamarind or not?

The plant came up by itself in the other people's yard in South Africa. It was not planted.

Looks like tamarind, the way the new leaves form on the growing tip I would say yes.

Looks more like Leucaena leucocephala which is a weed here and it looks pretty identical

Thank you for the replies. The person requested info on the tree has leucaena leucocephala on another area of their property as well.
Now I also have a name for the tree that is growing in my own yard. We have pulled thousands from the ground.
