How to ship seeds

I want to mail some soursop seeds from Florida to California, can anyone advise me on the best way to keep them viable?

that should not be a problem as long as you use a padded envelope or something like a solid container. more is not required, they keep their viability for some time

Wash them, let them dry thoroughly, place in zip lock bag, and then in padded envelope and mail.
