Transplanting pineapples with flowers and baby fruit?

I had a butterfly bush cut down because my neighbor was getting a new fence and it was too close. I didn’t think it would come back so I planted a couple pineapples to fill the space. Well it did come back and I’d like to keep it since it was a really nice and vigorous plant. The pineapples are flowering right now though. Will transplanting affect the fruit? I don’t want to lose the babies
the bush is already starting to engulf one of the pineapples so they need to be moved eventually.

I haven't ever transplanteed a fruiting pineapple but expect it would be hard on the fruit. If I had the situation I would probably let it continue growing until harvest before moving. The existing plant should make some offsets which can be moved in a few months.

I had a similar situation with my pineapples, so I tried a rope around the bush, pulled it back and tied it to the fence.
