I would rather try a control cross from Cliff England Nursery http://nuttrees.net/

Could get a Seed say Mango X (something) I got some

There might be a possible I could send a root (haven't cloned one )
(I usually done that with new roots from new seeds never tried with older roots yet)

Halvin (the person that found the cultivar people online say)
says Mango is over rated just a classic mango taste

I do say What I read is it is fast growing though one of the fastest
so may be good for that
