Pink-fleshed Ilama cultivars - Which is best?

I have one yet-to-bloom ilama in a 5 gallon pot which is an unnamed seedling from a white-fleshed mother.

I'm looking forward to trying this fruit but am also wanting to have a pink-fleshed cultivar, as well.

To that end I'd like to hear what others believe is/are the best-tasting pink-fleshed cultivars.  (I've read somewhere that certain of the pink-fleshed cultivars have a flavor containing notes of raspberry.)

So what ilama cultivar ought I be looking for?

I have an ilama I just purchased today that is about 6ft tall, in a 15gal pot. It is red ilama. I have heard great things from this variety but I have not heard about the white variety.

I am not sure if there is a noticeable difference in flavor between white, pink or red.  There have been nome seeds spread around of different types collected in Mexico from Raulglezruiz .  Not sure if anyone has fruited these yet. I have several of these growing white pink red.  Genova Red is a known grafted variety we have growing.

I assume that there is a genetic component (variety specific) that influences flavor, BUT

growing conditions seem to contribute more to quality of ilamas:  Climate, soil, and care.

In good conditions, any of them can be really fine.  In bad conditions, any of them can be worthless.
