Tropical Fruit Discussion / Re: why can't I lose weight
« on: October 14, 2023, 02:23:02 PM »
I lost 6 kg in the last 3 months the following way
Eat everything you like in the first 8 houres of the day and nothing till the next day.
If you get hungry in the evening eat an apple or a half cucumber or a view spoons of
natural yogurt and drink water or tea.

I have a tree ,normal type .there is a type with big fruits and there are a dark variety.
for someone who dont know the fruit i would say you have to get used to the taste and after
a while its quit pleasant. Also use them to make wine and liquor

Its more about 2 hrs.
can take a comfotable Bus ride and maybe stay for one or two days nearby in a cheep hotel.
I guess it will be a big surprise to see the changes.

Hi Sunny,
The taste is delicious, a very balanced sweet and sour taste ,smells like Pomarosa,
the taste remainds me of pear and the sour of orange, also very juicy.

Hi Luketrollope and Oscar,
Only one tree,2 mtr. high after 4 years from seed
Pulp is fiberfree but it sticks to long fibers that run from one end oft he fruit to the other
like in photo with the spoon
The seed is not sticking to the pulp

I have one tree fruiting ,guess in 1 month I can harvest, there are different qualities.
one neighbor nearby has some trees but they are almost uneadeble.
The one I got is from Veracruz ,like a sweet potato in taste and size but sweeter and creamy
 and not much fiber.
