Grow them. I have FD, standard trifoliata & swingle growing in my yard. Being you're in CA, you probably want to try treesource.com

I ordered from ebay or etsy.  The seller sent me a couple whole fruits for $5, which gave me around 50 seeds

Seek out Texas citrus  growers.  I have seen posts where folks say "come and get them" both FD and regular trifoliata growing on their land, wild.  East Texas
